  • Established own consultancy B Mundy and Associates in 2024 to focus on supporting agricultural, energy and local government sectors

  • A proven track record in the sourcing of government and industry funding in support of commercial and educational projects with $30M raised to date for a myriad of projects.

  • Travelled internationally and  published a report as a part of an International Specialised Skills Institute Fellowship where research was undertaken into the response by institutions globally in support of the wind energy sector.

  • Supported the work of state and federal government agencies as a part of the development of a variety of Clean Economy Jobs Reports. Continues to support the Victorian Skills Authority and SEC with advice and advocacy relating the development of qualifications necessary to enable the wind energy sectors growth both on and offshore.

  • Cambewarra (Skipton Western Victoria) – Contract Enterprise Management across 4000ha, 5000 composite ewes and 3000ha of winter cropping.

  • Pine Park & Hunters (Beaufort, Western Victoria) – Farm Manager as a part of AAGIM. 2500ha, 6000 composites ewes and 1000ha of winter cropping.

  • Lal Lal Estate (Lal Lal, Western Victoria) – Assistant Farm Manager for Mr Qingnan Wen largest wool processor in the world. 2300ha, 15000 merino ewes, 200 angus breeders.

  • Banongill Station (Skipton, Western Victoria) – Assistant Farm Manager for S Gull & Co. 7500ha, 17000 ewes, 1500 angus breeders and 2000ha of winter cropping.

    Achievements

    • Managed complex mixed enterprises under challenging climatic, geographic, topographic and environmental conditions.

    • Comprehensively managed the renovation of pasture to build improved livestock returns and carrying capacity

    • Introduced raised bed farming and topographic mapping to Cambewarra raising cropping production returns 

    • Comprehensively renovated Pine Park, using break cropping techniques to improve pasture quality and production resulting in carrying capacity increases of 45% plus.

    • Introduced genetic variation to a merino flock to improve overall fertility, growth rates, clip yields and lamb survival.

    • Improved the management of angus breeders to ensure higher levels of production under challenging conditions
